Who You Are

You have hands-on expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing all aspects of mar­ket­ing for clients — cre­ative, dig­i­tal, media, strat­e­gy, bud­gets, plan­ning, and per­for­mance. You’ve sat at the cen­ter of cam­paigns and guid­ed them from con­cept to execution.

You’re a nat­ur­al rela­tion­ship builder who com­mu­ni­cates clear­ly, antic­i­pates what clients need, and brings a calm, proac­tive pres­ence to every project.

You love cre­ative think­ing, but you’re ground­ed enough to keep bud­gets, time­lines, and deliv­er­ables tight. Curios­i­ty isn’t a buzz­word for you — it’s how you work.

Expe­ri­ence in the senior liv­ing indus­try is a strong plus, but not required.


What You’ll Lead

Client Lead­er­ship & Part­ner­ship You’ll be the strate­gic and rela­tion­al lead for key accounts — guid­ing clients through deci­sions, keep­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion flow­ing, and help­ing con­nect their busi­ness goals to smart marketing.

Mar­ket­ing Strat­e­gy You’ll help shape annu­al plans, cam­paign strate­gies, mes­sag­ing approach­es, and cross-chan­nel exe­cu­tion — always ground­ed in insights and performance.

Cre­ative + Dig­i­tal + Media Inte­gra­tion You’ll bring togeth­er cre­ative teams, media strate­gists, dig­i­tal spe­cial­ists, con­tent cre­ators, and pro­duc­tion resources to ensure ideas are aligned and effective.

Bud­get Own­er­ship Fore­cast­ing, man­ag­ing bud­gets, review­ing esti­mates, issu­ing change orders, pro­tect­ing prof­itabil­i­ty, and keep­ing all work on-strat­e­gy and on-time.

Inter­nal Team Guid­ance You’ll men­tor Account Man­agers and Coor­di­na­tors, lead inter­nal sta­tus meet­ings, cre­ate clar­i­ty through doc­u­men­ta­tion, and help push our mod­ern­iza­tion efforts — AI tools, new work­flows, and dig­i­tal-first thinking.

For­ward-Look­ing Think­ing You’ll bring ideas, trends, obser­va­tions, ques­tions worth explor­ing, and oppor­tu­ni­ties our clients might not see yet. Curios­i­ty dri­ves you.


What You Bring
  • Full-ser­vice mar­ket­ing expe­ri­ence in an agency envi­ron­ment (required)
  • Abil­i­ty to lead con­ver­sa­tions at the exec­u­tive level
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion and pre­sen­ta­tion skill with a rela­tion­ship-first approach
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing with cross-func­tion­al cre­ative and dig­i­tal teams
  • Pro­fi­cien­cy with Base­camp, Excel, ana­lyt­ics tools, and mod­ern col­lab­o­ra­tion platforms
  • High curios­i­ty, ini­tia­tive, and com­fort work­ing autonomously
  • Must live in the Unit­ed States
  • Illi­nois-based can­di­dates preferred
  • Abil­i­ty to trav­el occa­sion­al­ly (not frequently)

Com­pen­sa­tion & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 This wide range reflects dif­fer­ences in senior­i­ty, strate­gic depth, and the scope of respon­si­bil­i­ties can­di­dates may be equipped to lead.
