Reenergizing a brand to boost leads and census
Context
Skyline Seattle is a luxury high rise senior living community located in the First Hill neighborhood of downtown Seattle. The Community opened in 2009 and was hit hard during the Covid pandemic with lack of mov-ins. Management turned to DHD in 2024.
Approach
While occupancy hovered at 82%, DHD implemented a strategic lead generation campaign and reenergized the brand.
Results
DHD increased leads in the first year by 76% (500 to 878). In 2025 Skyline reached 92% occupancy.
