Sky­line Seat­tle is a lux­u­ry high rise senior liv­ing com­mu­ni­ty locat­ed in the First Hill neigh­bor­hood of down­town Seat­tle. The Com­mu­ni­ty opened in 2009 and was hit hard dur­ing the Covid pan­dem­ic with lack of mov-ins. Man­age­ment turned to DHD in 2024

Approach

While occu­pan­cy hov­ered at 82%, DHD imple­ment­ed a strate­gic lead gen­er­a­tion cam­paign and reen­er­gized the brand. 

Results

DHD increased leads in the first year by 76% (500 to 878). In 2025 Sky­line reached 92% occupancy.
